In the recent GM directors fees have risen form $150k per annum to $400k per annum , with shareholdrs down over 90% on their investments since the new board took over does the board feel that this rise in directors fees is waranted , do yous believe that yous deseve such a significant pay raise when the share price has tanked since yous took over ?
