It's true. People are influenced (probably at the margins) by a constant stream of negativity just as they are with overexuberant bullish up-ramping.

But you have to wonder what the agenda is for a non-holding down-ramper. Like why bother - I think tonnes of stocks are dogs with fleas but I don't spend my day taking a dump on them on HC.

There was a serial pest that caused me to really question my CNB holdings before it took off.

Also, not sure (I could be wrong) but stating that VTM's REE basket is mostly made up of worthless REEs is a little misleading IMO. Many of the other REE plays have La and Ce in abundance and it's still v. early days.
