    Hi 808 a few different scenarios they can pay you for you shares at the acceptance offer price or give you shares in the purchasing company or a combination of both or they can only buy the tenements and RMX will be cashed up and your investment will stay with them until you sell. this will all depend on the offer and what the board accepts
