I see this issue covered in the Australian by Robin Brophy on 9 May with mention of CUX http://www.theaustralian.com.au/business/mining-energy/confused-debate-about-rarity-of-rare-earths/story-e6frg9ex-1226052103884

"...By coincidence, one of our rare earth hopefuls, Crossland Uranium Mines (CUX), put out a presentation on Thursday. It is now drilling its Charley Creek rare earths target in central Australia which it believes has a high proportion of the heavy (and the most valuable) rare earths.

The company makes a point that is generally accepted in the industry: that the development of the first two big rare earths projects outside China will provide a lift to supply levels of light rare earths, including the much needed neodymium, and ease the tight markets for the medium rare earth europium. But neither Mountain Pass in California nor Mt Weld in Western Australia, owned by Lynas Corp (LYC), will do much to ease the critical shortage of heavy rare earths such as terbium, dysprosium or yttrium.

The US Department of Energy over the medium term -- that is, five to 15 years -- sees a critical shortage of neodymium (used in magnets for such things as wind turbines), dysprosium (magnets and lasers), europium (providing red on screens), yttrium (phosphors, ceramics) and terbium (fluorescent lamps, the colour green)...."
