This article is now very relevant as the global supply of rare earths are now so critical. The Australian & US governments are striving to find solutions to the over emphasis of China’s influence. BPL’s recent entry into Arizona is well timed , soon to be renamed American Rare Earth with the ASX ticker ARR sure to well received by the US Government. Added credits of scandium could make the project viable. IMO.
