Only flaw with that logic is that we're already at the someone's saying no to China stage. IMHO the CCP knows ROW will build capacity given they've weapoised REEs before and certainly didn't hesitate to threaten it this time, so they might as well milk it while they can. For their domestic companies same as ours buoyant pricing makes it easy for them to finance. They just happen to have a better ASIC than most of the ROW hopefuls.
