Did you watch the NTU video? NTU trading halt on Friday and AFR releases article on $20m CR for NTU. Since NTU and IXR are both in a trading halt there is no advantage to investors as they cannot trade the security.
IXR has already stated resource upgrade by end of the month. ie: 2 weeks
