The difference between oil and REE is that there is dwindling supply of sweet crude but a hell of lot of REE ou there and only a tiny margin before the pendulum swings the other way and the price of REE will be in the crapper again. I think the market is recognizing this and repositioning. It was a gangue material in Tin mines FFS! Be careful...
