Everybody on this post seems to be discussing a lot of issues in relation to LYC without examining the real reason why the share price is falling consistently. Rare Earth prices have been falling every month for months now, some of these prices have halved just since December 2011 having already halved since June last year. When do they stop falling? Nobody really knows but until they do shorting LYC is one of the easiest trades in town. Hold onto your hats if these prices do stablise and God forbid recover, the short covering will be spectacular.
