i agree mjm23, i have said it before, major drive of an sp is the chart of the metal price... We must remember though still REE price is historically high, just the sooner it finds new support the better though.. It blasted up with a lot of hype last year.. im looking for it to flatten coinciding with TOL issue and plant build should start a new uptrend...
