well the one thing we do know is that REE's are on the critical lists around the World
Its just a matter of time before the REAL World and not the FALSE trading World wakes up.
You can see the SMART companies are buying up or forward booking supplies as they KNOW.
If you PLAY the markets and pump dump short etc then good luck but long term the demand IS there.
The DEMAND will in time get the price UP
