At one stage LYC was trumpeting a Siemans agreement that never materialised.Obviously Siemans knew much more than the market place about LYCs problems and their potantial future.The fact they have gone with the other basket case says volumes about LYC into the future and the geopolitical risks as well as the production of REE from LAMP
