Yeah. The Salted Gold comment I made was a little too far left, I wound concede but…I’ve seen many a JORC resource report that has evaporated in time, hence my slightly cynic view.
There are a couple of things to consider when valuing diggins.
Lab analysis will produce element spread under total destruct/digest and always nice to see concentrations of HREE’s at paydirt levels. But, whether it’s REOs, precious metals or boring old coal, it’s all about how easy or not it is to extract the stuff at purity levels that will entice buyers.
Maybe I am oversimplifying, but if the mine can easily produce a clean RE concentrate that has easily extractable REs ( and of course the valued ones), then PEK is the blonde that everyone wants..
