Hi Nikki...yes I managed to get hold of the BP report and saw the reference to these vouchers. I'm a long-term holder of Sanofi and noted with interest, their deal with Retrophin/Asklepion earlier this year and was somewhat amazed at the price they paid to acquire it. Having read a little more, and seen the $350m deal between AbbVie and United Therapeutics, I'm a bit more au fait with the rationale and would be rather surprised if MSB weren't in serious discussions with the FDA. Who knows what Celgene are thinking but they aren't dumb!!
