Well, it is a Gutnick Company and while little Aussie Joe is making his millions and getting his kicks elsewhere, he has not been and will continue to be disinterested in QUR and just keep doing the bare minimum to keep this puppy compliant imho.
I did hold a few years ago and did think the same way as you for about 12 months - however I then cottoned onto the fact in the 1st paragraph above.
It will move when Joseph wants it too.
When that will be and for what reason - who knows?
