Hi there .
First time poster .
I found this little company during the week. I really think it is a cracker, I am RA Pilot and totally understand the costs associated with maintenance and flying especially with a turbine aircraft and compliance regulations with CASA.
I have just a few questions regarding the NTA .
It seems to be trading above its NTA and I thought it must be tad over valued , am i correct in my assumption?
I also noticed the property and plant may have been undervalued at 8.7 million dollars . Would this effect the NTA and bring it up some where closer to the current share price?
Lastly looking at future value creation which am referring to the aircarft leasing component and engine management programs . What kind dollar value do you think this would add to the balance sheet.
Apart from that great little dividend payer and management!
Really trying to be constructive and to learn more about this business .
Any help on this one i would be most helpful be I pull the trigger.
