Nah it just seems to be pip traders. Trading the range and price swings. This needs a clear break and close about 28c for it to get a flurry of buyers to return. Todays VWAP is 27c, so would expect another rally back to this price tomorrow aslong as the US behaves itself tonight. News due anyday also, so this could be what it needs to finally break above the 28c mark, which will catch some traders off guard. . Only a matter of time. GL all.
