If you didn't intend to misrepresent the situation, fair enough, I'm happy to accept that. However, intentional or not, what you actually wrote created a very misleading impression of the clinical data available so far.
You said they got RAT designation "despite only completing a Phase 2b study", even though they have actually completed three different Phase 2 trials, all with positive results. The only information you provided on their efficacy data was "The study failed in its secondary end points. Yes, you read that right", when in fact the primary endpoint was met, and there is a very positive publication of the data in one of the most highly respected medical journals in the world. Sorry if it bothers you that I provided a more balanced view of Vericel's data - but I'm not sure why it should.
As for "Apparently you have not read my previous posts on this very same topic" - you're correct. If you wanted everyone to read your previous posts on the very same topic before reading the posts above, why did you start a new thread?
