You are in QLD so you can own a gel blaster. I know one fellow in a unit in Brisbane keeps one to discourage crows on his balcony. As for air rifles I guess the rules are the same as NSW where you have to be a property owner or member of a gun club. To be honest the air rifles we have are pretty old. Left over from the days when parents gave their kids these items as gifts.
