IMO, legal action should have already been taken given the demonstrable false information represented as fact by Malaysian officials. The fiduciary duty of both officers and directors requires that they exercise the powers of their offices solely for the benefit of the corporation and its stockholders collectively. This is life or death, it's past the point where playing nice can help. IMO, their lack of action, in light of defamation which has caused or is likely to cause financial loss for Lynas and her shareholders, suggest negligence which is reason for dismissal.
