Despite the bleating of the bears that rates are going to go up it's clear they are going down. Property is going to keep cruising along.

I am in the 48% camp and don't expect a rate cut Nov. They'll let the Syd/Melb flames die down for a little longer imo

and I don't think they'll be unhappy with 2% inflation considering global weakness.
