do not underestimate the buying power of the people out there. There are also plenty of overseas buyers that find our market cheap as chips. Just because to some it seems that the cost of living is growing faster than some Australian workers incomes doesn't mean that everyone needs to sell to down size in order to survive. There are many out there who will up size.

Those who cannot afford to buy will continue to get poorer and will eventually find themselves out on the street. Those who can afford will get richer and will go on to bigger and better things.
