    in future you should be able to take a class action against the govnuts that enabled housing prices and therefore you mortgage to be so badly mispriced/overpriced.

    You should also be able to take action against the banks as well into the future for investors to have confidence.


    I am looking for them to fall in SP worse than the GFC to their real value before I invest in them again.


    I don't have a lot of deposits in the banks because I am expected a run on them in Aus within 5 years
