yes in my humble opinion Bitcoin was introduced for that purpose. You can track it back to the rothchilds and co, they were speaking about this almost 20 years ago. It was implemented as a warm up to central bank digital currencies to get the population sensitised to accepting it. They are halfway there, just need a major event to force everyone to leave cash and the traditional financial system for good.
