I dont think it matters if the rate hike happens next month or next year, but it will happen and when it does, its going to hurt.

I've been keeping a close eye on real estate prices on the Gold Coast on realestate.com and they are only going in one direction, down.

Its starting to get messy and i think the penny has now dropped for the general population.

No doubt some poor buggers are going to be carved up like a christmas ham.

Raise those rates and it should get interesting, bring it on and lets see this over inflated realestate mess have a clean out.
