Matt I agree with your post - the myth of shortage is slowing unwinding big time....
I think the RE industry is scared sh.tless about the scale of the unsold propty,& their reluctance to place on real estate.com grows weekly.... ....perhaps they are worried the unsold days on the Refind site & price drops to go with it will let the cat outa the bag!
I have done quite a lot of scanning..last 6 mnths on the refind site for specific propty districts... and its been a real eyeopener...confirming the magnitude of what is about to unfold....
