the way I see it sp at 38c take over prece 57cent or more if new t/o offers come in, thats 50% return in lets say may 2012(6 months) with moderate risk. so I am in. today is a buy day for me...
even without the take over happening, we'll still see a healthy return down the track.
we just need those #$%$#@ permits to be issued and we'll see new interested parties.
