If permits/conventions are not agreed by end of year as mangt. have indicated, then i believe SDL should drop hanlong on the basis that africans have no confidence in hanlong TO, finance etc.
SDL need to get other parties interested/onboard for this first major hurdle to be overcome, and being tied to hanlong is preventing this.
even thought they are restricted from talking to other parties I certainly hope they are secretly still talking to other companies. Next few weeks are crucial, after that if they still persist with hanlong then mngt. are...........
