Well it’s almost 12 months from my warning on rate rises beginning and it looks like the RBA is about to begin. Maybe Lowe follows my posts?
Even though I have been warning about this severe demise since $14, in percentage terms I believe that the losses are far from over. I still maintain that there will be a recapitalisation though a reverse stock split (consolidation) which will allow the market cap to plummet much further.
In this macro environment, I would expect the market cap to move from $750m to $25m.
All IMO.
