Govt should use the NBN 43 bill to BUY TLS BACK.
because:
a) NBN could be funded from internal TLS cashflow.
b) Would eliminate a myriad of nonsense regulation issues currently administered by an army of public servants and Telstra employees.
c) Govt would have a stronger and more valuable asset to sell at the end of the process, so they may even make money on it.
Result = saving of 43 bill and a decent way out for the conned moms and dads.
