When we are talking Adelaide I go to Warnie and some other guys like Ivanovich etc.
When we are talking Perth Passive knows his stuff, Dhuy owns quite a few houses and Miles knows the city as well as the others but tells everyone to buy nothing.
When we are talking Brisbane, I only know a few suburbs where I have bought but do not claim to know the city well.
Sydney, I know very little other than Cammeray and have said so on many occasions.
Melbourne is the one I know best but even then I don't know all the areas well. Kincella knows Toorak inside out and I know very little about it.
I am more interested in Bayside Melbourne and even there I bow to people who know which streets get more interest than others and what developments are on the horizon.
I am here to learn, I read everything that is posted and before buying anything my research will include many questions to my fellow HC members.
