Yep and the people who were reminding us of that possibility were absolutely gleeful at the pain they thought it would cause.

They are now sorely disappointed that home buyers (and investors) WILL NOT be suffering as much as they had hoped.

On how many counts can they be wrong? It must be so frustrating for them.

Infact the interest rates going as low as they will is going to make an immense difference to cashflow for property people. I know that I personally will see a fantastic difference in my cash flow, especially as rents are still rising for me.

I have already mapped out what will happen over the next couple of years and the property haters will be mortified as it all comes to fruition.

Just watch the investment money flow from the share market across to the property market, just watch the home buyers realise how little it will cost them to service a mortgage.

I can just see Miles and his mates fuming and think "RATS!!! Foiled again!"
