THE Reserve Bank left interest rates on hold today in a widely expected move that reflects a better economic outlook both in Australia and overseas.

Are they serious, I must be that pessimistic as I am seeing a slowdown in spending and job losses.

I got my electricity bill yesterday 11% per KiloWatt increase from the previous quarter. 44% increase on same quater last year.
