re: rates up. but rates still too low Watso in my area i need 3 years gross income to buy a real modest home in 2001, now i need 5 years gross income, and because of union power being smashed im not getting the pay rises to keep up and im backwards by heaps from 2001, also the first home buyers grant is most likely the worst thing for home buyers as it just inflates the price.
