There are successful Australian businesses out there, even biotechs - think Cochlear or ResMed, which are still making handsome profits even in recession times... No reason why Ventracor shouldn't have joined the club: good product, good technical team (at some point in time at least), passionate and loyal shareholders. But where is gold there are vultures and their cronies. Government behaved as expected, no further comments there... Unless class action is filed against CEO & board, they will get away with it and more damage will be done somewhere else. Regulators are reactive by definition.....
