All anybody can do is speculate. If Ryan was such a good lawyer, how did he F up the Cayman Island deal so badly. Their strict disclosure rule is to have none whatsoever. Why did they take so long to disclose so many things in their SEC filings. Like the fact that they may have to give back money that was paid to them. If the staff were any good, they have a completed product by now don't you think? But let's not speculate. LOL.
