I think as investors the main problem we face is getting "all" the relevant information to be able to make informed decisions. The preceding Aegis info is vital for ongoing support of this stock so how many other cases are there where investigation of a company has to be initiated by the investor...not simply to wait till someone dumps info in his / her lap.
