    Upped royalties 1.6 billion but left GST revenue as is knowing full well they would be offset so that puts the budget 1.6 billion down. Clowns, no wonder the rating was dropped. Only 2.5 years to go of the quickest to become the most incompetent QLD state govt ever.

    Be very very careful what you wish for. QLD'ers starting to regret it.
