    At current STO share price the offer values ESG at 86 cents plus 1 cent approx for any STO dividends. The market seems to be consistently pricing ESG at a small discount to this ratio.

    What a disastrous market we have had the last 12 months and of course globally! I will be glad to go the the sidelines once the ESG story plays out!
