The reason why this is in first gear is the fact that they have to build plant and wont be producing for atleast 2 years. The other stocks you mentioned, one in particular has the potential to go past ARD'S resource before ARD start up. That could be another factor. They do have a lot less shares on market at present, but that doesnt always mean they will be worth more. Even if they have 10 or 15 times less.
It does look good but will keep on my watchlist for now.
