Very valid points, they are seriously short of money after shelling out for the rest of the project and the outlay was minimal.
Usually I don't invest in resource companies before production but they have managed to raise money recently at 20 cents and it should be in managements interest to get the ops exercised as a means of funding the company until the DFS is completed.
If they had a lot of cash I would probably go with the heads instead as there would be an incentive to suppress the sp to avoid the dilution from the ops.
