    But this is the augment that has not been won, it has been thrust upon us regardless of our approval on not.

    Australia has had an emissions scheme for many years which has not been working because the government allows too many exemptions and the government does not police it due to their laziness.

    How can anyone imagine that a new system will work any better when they have been unable to operate the old simple system.
    The new system is so convoluted and will have an enormous staff that it will be counter productive.
    It is already breaking apart at the seams and it has not even started. This is apart from the UNKNOWN cost which will almost certainly cripple the country and its people

    It is another hastily thought out scheme that has more to do with politics and invested interests than it has to do with improving our country
