Hi ZT, chairs and thalweg. I agree that CO2 is invisible and is a differnt problem to pollution from air particles. I guess I was highlighting that if a country like China cannot even tackle air partilce pollution they are not managing CO2 production.
Hi Kingpins, I was not aware that Australia already had emission trading?? Can you explain. Are you confused with the renewable energy target, which is a very different thing.
Also I should add and I am sure you will all agree that the political selling and promotion of what is an emission trading scheme has been abysmal. People I know actually thought there would be an entry in your income tax statement saying carbon tax $500. Which is unbelievably absurd.
