    PRT is looking like a strong buy if you look at it purely from a statistical perspective. Only worrying thing is the debt/equity ratio given rates are likely to increase in 2017. I'm not too familiar with the industrial/political climate surrounding the company so if anyone can brief me on this aspect I'd be enormously grateful
