I think you are correct that before the blind is broken, the test facilitator can't even release the blinded data.

If there is in fact a measurable drug efffect, you could see evidence of it in the way the data is clustered even blinded. So, I am sure that even the blinded data is kept away from MBP.

This is probably written into the trial protocols.

Of course if one thinks that all trading is driven by insider information, this probably will fall on deaf ears.
