rationale regards the recent cap raise, a risk play to pay down debt and remove the need to hedge. Should be able to see the upside of the oil price movement.
Was interesting that the last comments regards growth - they are not interested in being the biggest company, they are interested in being very profitable and distributing funds to share holders.
