10. In or about September 2003, Luzon acquired an option to purchase Lipichi project from Baoshun Lu Chen, the now deceased vendor of Lipichi

11. At all material times Baoshun Lu Chen was represented by his wife, Fan de Yang Ching Lin("Yang"), who conducted all affairs in relation to Lipichi. Since Baoshun Lu Chen's death, Yang has continued to represent that she has lawful authority to deal with Lipichi.




So Baoshun Lu Chen originally signed the contract with Luzon and since his death his wife has assumed contract negotiations.
