Do you get an impression from the counter claim point 14 page 8 that Luzon have now given an open door for RAU to negotiate for Lipichi?...

"Republic's actions have caused Luzon to suffer loss and damages including the loss of the benifit of the contract with Baoshun Lu Chen, loss of the funds that Luzon invested in the Lipichi Project and the profit it would otherwise have made on the Lipichi project."

Seems like Luzon has surrended all rights to the property... Nice to see they haven't announced this on the TSX...
