250,000 options @ $1.10 =$275,000 which go,s to Hardman coffers
If he does the deal with tullow at $2.02 = $505,000 for Raven ($230,000 profit which is great)
BUT If the takeover go,s ahead..Tullow get $275,000 back from the coffers. So that means Tullow pays $230,000 for the 250,000 shares = 00.92c (now thats what i call a profit).
Once again this deal stinks to high heaven... So if you are waiting to vote ??? VOTE NO and lets get a board with some spine. Please correct me if wrong. p.s Thats just one example of shareholders being shafted. Why not pay a div.from the coffers if takeover?
