"Jinchuan could buy Ravensthorpe

Chinese nickel group Jinchuan has appointed Gresham Partners and Sino Resources Capital to advise on a possible purchase of BHP's failed Ravensthorpe operations.
The Australian Financial Review has reported the Chinese group, a frontrunner in the sales process, is among as many as eight interested parties visiting the nickel laterite site in Western Australia.
The paper reports both Minara Resources and Poseidon Nickel are also understood to be interested in the operations but both would require funding."
